Patient Simulators

This solicitation is for the acquisition of a commercial product, specifically restricted to Nasco Healthcare ALEX Gen AI Patient Communication Simulator at Goodfellow AFB, TX. The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113 for Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 800 employees. The period of delivery is 30 days after date of award. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist Aiana Nusupbekova at 325-654-3468 / aiana.nusupbekova.1.kg@us.af.mil and the contracting officer Micheal Scott at 325-654-3814 / micheal.scott.5@us.af.mil.

The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): Funds are presently available for this effort. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes/proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
