This solicitation is for Building 246 HVAC Duct cleaning services at Goodfellow AFB, TX. The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.

The anticipated award date is on or about 01 Sept 2026. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 30 days after date of award.
