Upgrade Crosswalks Base Wide - Goodfellow AFB

The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Upgrading Crosswalks. This acquisition includes one (1) CLIN. The Period of Performance will be 60 days after receiving Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government.

The project includes the complete removal and/or recommended improvement of six (6) identified crosswalk location. To include pavement markings, curbs, ramps, sidewalks, and signage as needed. The Contractor shall repair any curb openings and backfill any removed sidewalks and/or open holes with topsoil and grass seed mixture, as stated in the Statement of Work (SoW).

PSC – Z2LB NAICS – 237310 Size Standard - $45.0M Set Aside – 100% Total Small Business Site Visit scheduled for 31 May 2024 @ 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time. The site visit will start at Civil Engineering Squadron, building 3511. Please submit base access letters by 29 May 2024 @10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. Questions will be due by 4 June 2024 @ 12:00 PM CDT. The solicitation closes 12 June 2024 @ 2:30 PM CDT.

Moditifications to Solicitation Amendment 1 (29 May 24): This amendment corrects the offer due date within the solicitation document to match the date above. Additional information has been added, to include disclosure of magnitude and payment protection requriements.

Amendment 2 (3 June 24): This amendment updates the drawings found in the Statement of Work (SOW). Pages 27 and 34 have been updated to include additional information, and Attachment 1 - SOW dated June 2024 has been added to this soliciation notice.
