6 Sep 24 Update:

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a Question and Answer (Q&A) response to questions received during the Q&A period of the solicitation. 17 TRSS has a requirement for a 6th Generation classroom/auditorium to be developed and employed in support of the latest generation of training methodologies and techniques.

In pursuit of this objective, the 17 TRSS needs a classroom technology solution to be designed, acquired, installed, configured, and delivered, along with training and documentation covering the operation, maintenance, and sustainment of the new design. This new solution should include, at a minimum, wireless connectivity for mobile devices, web-based video conferencing, multiple display video matrixing and switching, and full surround sound with full-room microphone capability.

A single award will be made as a result of this RFQ to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. This acquisition will be made as a small business set-aside. Period of Performance shall not exceed 180 days from contract award.

Questions and Answers (Q&A): Submit questions to SSgt Cosper and 1Lt Ramjit at robert.cosper@us.af.mil and ryan.ramjit.2@us.af.mil, not later than 4 September 2024 at 12:00 PM CST. Answers will be posted via an amendment on SAM.GOV not later than 6 September 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. The Contractor shall submit a written quote in response to this RFQ for consideration before the due date and time. Quotes are due no later than 11 September 2024 at 12:00 PM CST. Quotes must be emailed to SSgt Robert Cosper, robert.cosper@us.af.mil, and 1 LT Ryan Ramjit, ryan.ramjit.2@us.af.mil. When submitting quotes contractors shall follow Attachment 5, Instructions to Offerors and include the following:

A Statement of Capabilities that provides the following information: Company legal name RFQ number Small Business Status/Categories as appropriate Company Point of Contact with email and phone number Company CAGE code A revised Statement of Work (SOW) that includes:
