Goodfellow AFB - Demolish and Renovate Locker Room Restrooms for B3453

The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue solicitation for a contract for selective demolition and partial renovation of the men's restrooms/locker room at Louis F. Garland Fire Academy, Building 3453. The Period of Performance will be 150 days after issuance of Contract Award. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is 12 August 2024. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted.

A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project (IAW FAR 36.204): Between $250,000 and $500,000. PSC/FSC - Z2JZ NAICS - 236220 Size Standard - $45,000,000 Set Aside - 100% Small Business Site Visit scheduled for 17 July 2024 @ 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. The site visit will be at the Louis Garland Fire Academy B3453.

Interested parties should submit completed Attachment 4 "BAL Template" to uibin.kim.1@us.af.mil and patrick.berger@us.af.mil no later than 15 July 2024 @ 10:00 AM for base access. Vendor should submit questions in writing to gonzalo.loaiza_alzate@us.af.mi and patrick.berger@us.af.mil by 5 August, 2024 @ 2:00 PM CDT. Questions received after this date will not receive answers. The solicitation closes and vendor quotes are due 09 August, 2024 @ 3:00 PM CDT.

Note: Proposals must conform to "Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters" contained within the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award. Vendor proposals will be evaluated in accordance with "Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award" in the solicitation document. Vendors must also acknowledge receipt of all solicitation amendments.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the main POC and Contract Specialist for this project from Capt Uibin Kim to SrA Gonzalo Loaiza. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment when providing proposals. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date of the questions and answers from July 22, 2024 to August 5, 2024 and to extend the solicitation close date from August 5, 2024 to August 9, 2024. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment when providing proposals. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged.
