DFAC Water Softener Repair

DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this contract is to provide Water Softener repair services. The work shall consist of repairing the Cressman Dining Facility's Water Softener to full operation. The Contractor shall provide services outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The Contractor shall have ninety (90) calendar days to perform all work.

TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 221310 – Water Supply and Irragation Systems, and the small business size standard is no greater than $41 million.

TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.

REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.

QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions relating to this solicitation in writing no later than 17 June 2024 at 10:00AM CDT. Questions shall be emailed to the Points of Contact listed below. The anticipated deadline for the answers amendment to be posted is 20 June 2024 by 4:30PM CDT. If there are no questions submitted there will not be an answers amendment. Quotes are due 25 June 2024 by 4:30PM CDT.
