Amendment 0004 notice: This solicitation has been amended to include the following changes:

3) Post Q&A Amendment 0001 notice: This solicitation has been amended to include the following changes:

1) Extend the Offers Due Date from 13 March 2024 to 15 March 2024.

2) Change the Period of Performance start date for CLIN 0001 through 0003 from 1 April 2024 to 21 March 2024.

3) Change SOW Deliverable, Paragraph 3.a from 18 March 2024 to 25 March 2024.

4) Updated Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerers to updated Offers Due Date, Q&A information, and change documentation pages from 20 pages to 5 pages.

5) Establish a Q&A period with questions due 11 March at 8:00 A.M. CST and answers provided 11 March at 3:00 P.M. CST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The 17th Training Wing has a requirement for a Strategic Planning Facilitator to facilitate development of a 10-Year Strategic Plan. This requirement consists of:

Pre-work which includes developing an overview of events, a schedule of events for the planning sessions, interviews that may be conducted in-person, virtually, or a hybrid of the two, and preparing resources for the Strategic Planning Session. Strategic Planning Session includes facilitating the planning session to ensure all topics are discussed, taking notes, and assisting in development of a 10-Year Plan.

Post-Work which includes compiling all data into a follow-up product in PDF, Powerpoint, or other multimedia, providing due-outs and notes, and discuss with 17th Training Wing Leadership in-person, virtually, or a hybrid of hybrid of the two. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date and has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
