Amendment #7: Changes here Amendment #6: The purpose of this admendment is to:

Add the required Clauses 52.223-2 and Clause 52.223-23 to inform construction contractors of the statutory requirement to give a purchasing preference preference to biobased products. The amendment has been added to the attachment section.

Amendment #4: Add the updated SOW for Project Number: EEPZ243943 Repair TLF for ABA Compliance - B7202 from version dated 07 January 2025 to revision dated 14 May 2025.

Amendment #3: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 28 May 2025 at 12:00 PM CDT to 02 July 2025 at 12:00 PM CDT and attached the updated SOW from the version dated 07 January 2025 to the revision dated 14 May 2025. Site Visit: The Government invites you to a site visit on Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at 13:30 CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory.

If you wish to attend, email the POC NLT 12:00 PM CST on 05 June 2025, to request the DoD Safe drop link for submitting the EAL (First and Last name, Driver's License Number, State, SSN, and Date of Birth). Please fill out only the bottom section of the EAL form. If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 05 June 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.

Amendment #2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 09 May 2025 at 12:00 AM CDT to 28 May 2025 at 12:00 PM CDT.

Amendment #1R:

Adding Solicitation Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to add Convert TLF to Reception Area, ADA Compliance SOW, additional drawings, AF Form 66, and extend the proposal due date to 09 May 2025. Additional Statement of Work This facility is currently a TLF that is aged and requires repair. However, to accommodate the existing Magnolia Inn administrative personnel, unit 7202A will be converted to a reception area for guests to check into their amenities. This conversion will allow for centralized check-ins and create an area dedicated to lodging administration. Unit 7202B will remain a TLF but be renovated to comply with ADA standards.

Second Site Visit: The Government invites you to a site visit on Wednesday, 23 April 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. To attend, please RSVP via an email with the following information: First and Last name, Driver's License Number, State, SSN, and Date of Birth to the POC NLT 12:00 PM CST on 17 April 2025. If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 17 April 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.

This project will standardize ten Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF) units across five buildings (B7204, B7206, B7208, B7210, B7212) through a comprehensive renovation. Each building houses two units, all of which will receive identical upgrades to achieve a consistent level of quality, finish, and sustainability. The project will adhere to sustainable principles and life cycle cost-effectiveness outlined in UFC 1-200-02. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information.

Site Visit: The Government invites you to a site visit on Wednesday, 09 April 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. To attend, please RSVP via an email to the POC NLT 10:00 AM CST on 08 April 2025. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on 08 April 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.

RSVP and Base Pass: When RSVP, please provide the full name of each attendee to be granted base access.

Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID.

Vehicle Requirements: If driving, ensure the driver has their driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.

Arrival: Please arrive early at the Security Force's Visitors Center (prior to the 10:00 AM start time) to allow for base pass processing. An escort will meet you there and guide you to the site visit locations. The site visit will require travel between two separate locations.

Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST, on 14 April 2025. IAW FAR 36.204(f) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically.
