The following outlines the requirement: The Contractor shall provide maintenance on the remote bird deterrent units assigned to 14 FTW/SE, Columbus AFB, MS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, work/repair areas and other items and services necessary to service, maintain and repair the 33 bird deterrent units and associated equipment on Columbus AFB, MS (KCBM), and the 12 bird deterrent units and associated equipment on Gunshy Auxiliary Air Field, MS (Gunshy) at a rate of 90% of the units functioning 90% of the time at each airfield.
