Amendment 1

The Purpose of Amendment 1 is to post the answers to the questions received, as well as to post an updated Pricing Exhibit (Attachment 3), as well as to add a projected FY26 Sports Schedule (Attachment 5). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Varsity and Intramural Sports Officiating Services at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Working with Active Duty Military and their dependents (dependents need to be 18 years old); DoD, all NAF Employees, and retired personnel, and contract employees.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and other items in the performance of Recreational Sports Officiating Services at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. All personnel shall be qualified in their area of performance to comply with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Industry Standards for officiating service. See attached PWS for a detailed description of the services sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 711219, and the small business size standard is $16.5 million.

This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302026R0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CST on 22 September 2025. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM CST on 16 September 2025 All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well.
