Firefighting Foam Trailer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide and install a Firefighting Foam Trailer at Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached Foam Trailer Specifications.

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Quote must include the pricing for shipping, unloading, installation and the commodity sought in this solicitation as this is all part of the requirement. Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 336214, and the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0065 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

See attached “FY25 Foam Trailer Combo” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. Technical submission must include specifications for the Firefighting Foam Trailer being quoted. The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CST on Friday, 25 July 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
