AMENDMENT 2 – The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation period by fourteen (14) days and add an additional Site Visit. The Site Visit will take place at 9:00AM CDT 2 July 2025. New Questions may be submitted by 10:00AM CDT 8 July 2025. The revised proposal must be submitted by 10:00AM CDT 11 July 2025.

AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to add "Amendment 1 - Questions and Answers". This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide and install a 500 Gallon Waste Oil Storage Tank (Qty 1) at Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $19.0M. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0053 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
