362 TRS Delta Flight Classroom Furniture

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Erase Adjustable Height Flipper Folding Tables (QTY 75), Dry Erase Nest and Fold Bar Height Cafe Table (QTY 12), and Lola Plastic Stack Arm Chair w/Casters (QTY 150) at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees. This requirement is a total set aside 100% for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302025Q0016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 2:00PM CST on 14 March 2025.
