This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Mobile Workstations for MISAWA AB UNIT 5042, APO AP 96319. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. * Please include delivery to MISAWA AB UNIT 5042, APO AP 96319 in pricing. ** This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Quotes must be valid until 31 Oct 2024. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 337214 and size standard of 1,100 employees.

The solicitation number is FA302023Q0124 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CDT on 13 September 2024. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM CDT on 10 September 2024. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well.
