364 Fuel Hose Couplers

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide 364 TRS (4) 2 inch fuel couplers and (4) Y unisex hose couplings at Sheppard AFB, Texas.

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 332510, and the small business size standard is 600 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for 100% small business concerns. The solicitation number is F3V5F14208AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format.

All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CST 22 August 2024. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offer or for any costs.
