AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the questions and quotes due date, and to add the brand name justification as an attachment. Questions are now due on Monday, 9 September 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. All quotes are now due on Thursday, 12 September 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation close date. Questions are now due on Tuesday, 3 September 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. All quotes are now due on Friday, 6 September 2024 at 2:00pm CDT.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to purchase a V-Nose Trailer with ADA Accessibility Ramp to be delivered to Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Quote must include the pricing for shipping, and the commodity sought in this solicitation as this is all part of the requirement. Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2024.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 336214, and the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees.

This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302024Q0090 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo-Synopsis Solicitation - Fire Safety Trailer” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

Per amendment 2, the solicitation will close at 2:00PM CDT on Thursday, 12 September 2024. All quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
