Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers and to list that the Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to add site visit information, and add a CLIN for entended warranty options/terms and prices. **A site visit will be conducted on 01 August 2024, from 1000 to 1100 CST. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory in order to submit a quote for this effort. Due to lead time requirements, please notify the primary and alternate contacts listed if you are interested in attending NLT 30 July 2024, in order to receive instructions on accessing the installation.

Notification past this date may render you unable to access the installation and therefore the site visit. Any questions asked at the site visit will be posted so all potential vendors have equal information.** Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to change site visit information, and add a CLIN for entended warranty options/terms and prices. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide RFID locks to Building 622 at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached SOW for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
