366 TRS Boom Line Truck Simulator

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Boom Truck 5-Display Vortex Advantage with Motion Simulator and Signal Person Stations Aligns AMS for existing and new simulators (Brand Name or EQUAL) at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached attachments 2-4 for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation.

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. *PLEASE NOTE* Simulator must fit within the following physical dimensions: L=88” W= 89” H= 97” The applicable NAICS code is 333310, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is FA302024Q0056 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format.

Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CST on Friday, 5 July 2024.
