RE - SOLICITATION

This is a re-solicitation of FA302024Q0002 - 373 TRS DET 320 Furniture Refresh, which was posted from Nov 02, 2023 to Nov 15, 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Mobile Workstations for RAMSTEIN AB, GERMANY, APO, AE 0909. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. * Please include delivery to RAMSTEIN AB, GERMANY, APO, AE 09094 in pricing. * All quotes must be provided in USD (United States dollar). ** This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Quotes must be valid until 31 Dec 2024. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 337214 and size standard of 1,100 employees. Quotes from large businesses will not be accepted.

The solicitation number is FA302024Q0052 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice.

Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CST on 20 June 2024. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM CST on 17 June 2024 due to the Juneteenth holiday. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well.
