Amendment 1 (9 May 2024) The purpose of this amendment is to update the delivery location from Sheppard AFB, TX 76311 to 230 Chevalier Field Suite A, NAS Pensacola, FL 32508 as well as to add the information below:

- Mfr #: RKV100H18BR - Attachment 3 Product Specification - Installation is not requried and delivery will be to the first floor. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a 18H RUCKUS CHAIR, BLACK SEAT, BLACK FRAME, HARD FLOOR CASTERS and BLACK BOOKRACK (150 EA)

(Mfr #: RKV100H18BR) for 359 TRS, 230 Chevalier Field Suite A, NAS Pensacola, FL 32508. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. * Please include delivery to 230 Chevalier Field Suite A, NAS Pensacola, FL 32508 in pricing. ** This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Quotes must be valid until 30 Sep 2024. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 337214 and size standard of 1,100 employees.

The solicitation number is FA302024Q0040 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
