82 TRSS Replacement Faro Arm/Probe

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from Monday, 4/29/2024 1000CST to Wednesday, 5/1/2024 1700CST. The COMBO attachment has been updated to reflect the following date extension. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a FARO Arm portable Coordinate Measuring Machine (Quanum S MAX 2.0M 7 Axis) with a Laser Line Probe (FAROBlue xP) and 3 Year Complete Care for both items for 82 TRSS, Sheppard AFB, TX 76310. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. * Please include delivery to 620 J AVE BLDG 1360, SHEPPARD AFB TX 76311-2550 in pricing. ** This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Quotes must be valid until 31 Sep 2024.

Please include any trade-in allowance your company might offer for the old equipment - Edge Arm serial number E09051614291. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS of 334513 and size standard of 750 employees.
