This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This BRAND NAME OR EQUAL solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide furniture to a HVAC/OPS Student Breakroom at 366 TRS at Sheppard AFB, TX.

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, TX anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees. This requirement is a 100% total set-aside for small business concerns.

The specific colors are referenced in the last 2 pages as a picture, pgs 9-10. All quotes must be valid until 30 Sep 2024. Note: The delivery building DOES NOT have a loading dock. Liftgate WILL be required on the delivery truck. This will be delivered INSIDE TO THE GROUND FLOOR of the building. Delivery is to 1 room. Installation NOT required. Removal of old furniture NOT required.
