AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission of quotes deadline for the subject solicitation. The purpose of extending the deadline is to allow vendors time to review the Governments response to questions submitted that was posted in Amendment 0002 on Friday, 10 July 2026, and provide an accurate quote. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to modify the combined synopsis/solicitation as follows:

Incorporate Vendor Q&A: Provide official Government responses to vendor questions (see attached 6 Q&A document)

Action to Offerors: All offerors must review the revised SON and ensure their pricing reflects the updated single-CLIN structure. The solicitation closing date and time remains unchanged in accordance with Amendment 0001. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission of quotes deadline for the subject solicitation. The purpose of extending the deadline is to allow the multi-functional tewm (MFT) time to review and provide a response to questions submitted by vendors received prior to the qyestion submisstion deadline of Monday, 6 July 2026 at 11:00 AM (CDT). Please refer to the new attachment "Attachment 4 - Amendment 0001 FA301626Q073 Honeywell IDS" for additional details and require vendors to SIGNED & ACKNOWLEDGED the amendment.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0073 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center (JWEC) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).

Description of Work: The Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center at Bldg. 1003, 1301 Billy Mitchell Rd, JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas 78236, requires installation of an Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) inclusive of a Video Management Server with cameras (VMS).

The Contractor shall provide all equipment and tools, necessary to provide & install a Honeywell Vindicator IDS and ACS to secure multiple rooms area at JBSA Lackland-Kelly Annex Bldg. 1003. B1003 is 2610 SF approximately (approx.); it is comprised of 2 Rooms, a high bay area, 2 restrooms, and mech room (see Statement of Work attachment 1 for additional information).
