This announcement constitutes the soley solcitiation; quotes are being requested and a seperate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.

This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated 11 June 2025 and DFARS change notice 17 January 2025. Description ofServices The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide AFDTL UPS System Upgrade.

(Refer to Statement of Need (SON)-Attachment 2) Installation of new UPS system to include batteries and controllers as well as removal and disposal of old UPS system. *This is a notice that this purchase order is a Set Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concerns.
