RS-602TA Female Radiographic Manikins (Damaged Debbie) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. The NAICS code is 339999-All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing and the size standard is 550 employees.

This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA301625Q6054. Please see the attached Statement of Need and Schedule of Supplies for the requested items for this requirement.

Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Sasha Juarez, Contract Specialist, at sasha,juarez@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer, Shyla Harris, shyla.harris@us.af.mil via email. The complete quotation package is due 28 March 2025 at 4:00 P.M. Central Time (CT). All questions and/or requests for information must be submitted no later than 21 March 2025 at 4:00 P.M. CT.
