Notice of Intent

Notice of Intent to establish six (6) pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s) for Commercial Lodging with the Inns of Lackland, Holiday Inn (SeaWorld), Staybridge Suites (SeaWorld), Sheraton Gunter Hotel, SA Hill Country Hotel, and Drury Inn for lodging of Reserve Personnel assigned to the 433rd Training Squadron (TRS), JBSA-Lackland, TX 78236. We will be following the procedures of FAR Subpart 13.303. The NAICS code that applies is 721110 and business size is $40,000,000.00.

The 433rd TRS has a requirement to establish BPAs for on and off base Contract Lodging for use by Air Force Reserve personnel authorized lodging at unit expense during Inactive Duty Training (IDT) periods. IDT periods include Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs), Rescheduled UTAs (RUTAs) and Mandatory UTAs (MUTAs). The off-base lodging facilities shall be within 15 miles of JBSA-Lackland, TX and listed on the Inns of Lackland’s approved list of off base hotels and registered in System for Award Management (SAM).

Period of Performance Period of Performance: 29 Aug 2025 – 28 Aug 2030.
