Brand Name PACO Condensate Pump Seal and Sleeve Kits

AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate questions and answers. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. Please refer to all attachments.

AMENDMENT 1:

Amendment 1 includes a revised RFQ and Pump Stock Number Pictures. Please review the RFQ changes in its entirety and attached PACO pump information. Ensure technical criteria are met when submitting a quote.

This is a Brand Name requirement for the purchase and delivery of PACO Condensate Pump Seal and Sleeve Kits. This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03, DFARS change notice 01/17/2025 and DAFFARS DAFAC Change Number10/16/2024.
