AMENDMENT 03 The purpose of Amendment 03 to subject RFQ is as follows:

1. The initial Attachment 2 Supplies or Services - Prices or Costs is hereby deleted and replaced with the amended Attachment 2 that includes a revised line item structure. Each JBSA entry point location is now separated into its own line item.

2. The initial Attachment 3 PWS, is hereby deleted and replaced with the amended Attachment 3; the two minor changes to the PWS are identified by a line to the left of the sentence.

3. As a result of this 3rd Amendment, the quote due date is changed from Jan 28, 2025 1:00 PM CST to Jan 30, 2025 1:00 PM CST. **ALL AMENDMENTS (01, 02, and 03) SHALL BE ACKNOWLEGED WHEN SUBMITTING QUOTE
