JBSA Fort Sam Houston Fire Suppression Maintenance Services

The Government is contemplating a five year contract for fire suppression system maintenance services. At this time, the Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all the services in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government is requesting industry to complete this form, provide feedback to the questions below and provide a brief capabilities statement to include current and past performance similar to the scope and magnitude of the PWS requirements in accordance with (IAW) item 2 below. The Government does not desire elaborate documents. Any pricing provided will not be considered. All information provided in response to this Request for Information (RFI) is strictly voluntary.
