Notice of Intent: Reagents, Consumables for Diagnostica Stago STA Compact Max Analyzer

NOTICE OF INTENT The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement to Diagnostica Stago, Inc. (cage code 0TH01), 5 Century DR, Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054, for the ongoing purchase of reagents, controls, consumables, service maintenance, and use of two STA Compact Max coagulation analyzers. The reagents, controls, and consumables are produced and offered only by Diagnostica Stago, Inc., who is the sole distributor of these supplies used by the Air Force Agency.

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Diagnostica Stago, Inc. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement of reagents, controls, consumables, service maintenance, and use of two STA Compact Max coagulation analyzers, or interested parties may submit quotes/offers. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers.

However, all quotes/offers for the reagents, controls, consumables, service maintenance, and use of two STA Compact Max coagulation analyzers received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
