NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO OPERATION CHILDCARE LLC 1. The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph Texas, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Operation Childcare LLC (Unique Entity ID MU8NUNEHRP97), 112 Springtree Fld, Cibolo, TX 78108-3228, for the purchase of a 2- nights and 3-day event, from 21 June 2024 to 23 June 2024 to host 26 COG/HC, 688 CW Family Retreat Childcare Service.

The Government seeks a childcare provider to care for the children ages, 6 weeks old to 17 years old military members in a safe, fun, and entertaining manner while the parents are attending scheduled training provided by the chaplain team.

2. All interested sources who can refute these findings with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the Family Retreat Childcare Service at Kalahari Resort, should respond via e-mail to the 502d Contracting Office to solicit under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b)(l)(i). 3. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
