This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 effective 01/22/2024and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice 12/22/2023 effective 12/22/2023. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
