Amendment 0001 The purpose of amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA3016-24-Q-0125 is to make the following changes:

a. Extend the request for quote deadline from Thursday, 5 September 2024 at 2:00PM CST to Tuesday 10 September 2024 at 2:00 PM CST.

b. The CLIN and Request for Quote (RFQ) was revised, please see below the revisions: i. Update the CLIN structure to change Unit of Measure to Each and include the delivery address. ii. Add the evaluation factors listed in pg. 38 FAR clause 52.212-2a. iii. The new RFQ Addendum was created on 4 September 2024 and will be posted in SAM.GOV.

c. Include additional POC Ms. Monica Pridgen for any questions or submissions of quote. 2. Acknowledged receipt by signing the endorsement in Attachment 2-Amendment 0001, Solicitation FA3016-24-Q-0125, FY24 26K 4-LEG HELMAS .

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-24-Q-0125 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and DFARS change notice 04/27/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.

Description of Product: The 26K HelMAS (Airlift Modular Approach Shoring) is adjustable metal ramps for loading cargo on aircraft. All components are at least 36” wide and comply with concentrated load aircraft limitations, they are needed to facilitate rapid loading/unloading of military assets for Agile Combat Employment scenarios during future conflicts and real-world missions. It would decrease aircraft ground times and increase crew survivability in a combat environment.
