a. Update the SOW verbiage to coincide with the diagrams.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-24-Q-0109 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and DFARS change notice 05/30/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.

Description of Work: The 433rd MXG/MXOT is acquiring newly assembled furniture throughout building 825. The Contractor responsibility is to provide a design layout IAW with Section 3.4, manufacture, delivery, and assemble the furniture in the respective locations.Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachement 1. *This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for small business concerns.* This NAICS code is 337214. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 20 August 2024 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time.

All contractors who plan to attend must send completed EAL Attahcment 2 base access request form. Please only fill out Box 12 and Section V of the form. Once complete please send via email for the site visit before Wednesday, 14 August 2024 at 12:00 PM CDT by sending an email to Darreus Hiers at darreus.hiers@us.af.mil and Ssgt Jimenez, Raul at raul.jimenez.1@us.af.mil. No late submissions will be accepted. It is contractor’s responsibility to confirm that base pass requests have been received by 502 CONS.

All individuals attending the site visit will meet at Arrive at Lackland AFB Luke Gate Visitor Center between 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM to sign in before the site visit to pick-up your base pass.
