Adjustable Monitor Lifts

The 37th Training Support Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio(JBSA), TX has a requirement for 8 Adjustable Monitor Lifts. Building 9225, on JBSA-Lackland Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all non-personnel services necessary for setting up purchased items. All monitor lifts will be assembled in two classrooms 4 in room 209 and 4 in room 210 located on the second floor.

The contractor shall be responsible for off-loading items from delivery vehicles and shall provide any additional equipment to accomplish the task. The contractor shall also be responsible for properly protecting the service entrance and flooring of the building in which the items are to be received. There is a small loading dock on the north side of bldg. 9225, however it does not support the operation of a forklift. There is an elevator that can be utilized for cargo on the south end of the hallway.

The Contractor shall also remove all packaging materials from JBSA Lackland TX and shall be responsible for any refuse containers needed for trash and packing materials. This requirement will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), The NAICS code 337214, Office Furniture(except Wood) Manufacturing. The PSC is 7110, Office Furniture. The size standard is 1,000 employees. NAICS code 33714 is not on the Non-Manufacturer Waiver (NMR) List, and as such, the NMR will apply.

This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set aside and will be performed in accordance with(IAW) the Statement of Work(SOW), dated 4 January 2024(Attachment 1), and Layout(Attachment 2).
