Plato ELearning Asset Library Subscription

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. This contract is intended to be awarded as a sole source procurement to Plato ELearning, LLC for three (3) Asset Library Subscriptions. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no written solicitation issued.

However, any quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by email to ty.le@us.af.mil before 1:00 PM CST, 3 September 2024.
