Intent to Sole Source Javelin Biometric System

This Is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract and is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to PARSONS CORPORATION. 2 each Javelin+ Mobile Biometric Collection Kit. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 11:00 AM CST, 22 May 2025. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to taylor.williams.26@us.af.mil and kimberley.alvarez.1@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
