Notice of Intent to Sole Source- OCO Deployment Gear BPA

The 81st Contracting Squadron, Keesler AFB, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This requirement satisfies the need for the uninterrupted, rapid procurement of specialized Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) deployment gear, uniforms, and clothing. The basis for this sole-source determination rests on the following unique and combined requirements, which no other known source can satisfy.
