Update 26 May 2026: A new wage determination has been posted as of 18 May 2026. The Government will create an amendment addressing the change and publish tomorrow (27 May 2026) on SAM.gov. The proposal due date will be extended. If you submit your proposal tomorrow, the Government will respond and with the amendment that is to be posted.

Update 29 April 2026: Sign-in sheet from 29 April pre-bid site visit has been uploaded here to Attachment/Links. All questions are due on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 11:00 AM CT, to ty.le@us.af.mil, tiffany.aultman@us.af.mil and/or 81cons.pka.flight@us.af.mil. Proposals are due 21 May at 11:00 AM CT.

The magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 29 April 2026 at 8:00am CT.

In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit, you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in Section L. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to Section L for proposal preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
