Intent to Sole Source - Emergency Mass Notification System (Giant Voice) Upgrade

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 6.103-1 as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Acoustic Technology, Inc. for the Giant Voice system upgrade. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 2:30 PM CST, 14 September 2026. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to michael.green.121@us.af.mil and macey.behee@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
