This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301026Q0032 is issued as a RFQ for the extension of the perimeter fence and installation of swing gates at the Division St. Gate at Keesler AFB, MS. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 17 August 2026 at 3:00pm CDT. Specific instructions are identified in Section L. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to Section L for proposal preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
