Mortuary Affairs Services

Keesler Air Force Base Mortuary Affairs Services in accordance with (IAW) Performance Work Statement (PWS) 10 June 2026 - Added Amendment 0002. The purpose of this amendment is to:

a) Extend the solicitation close date to 22 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST);

b) Update the ordering period and delivery period to 01 July 2026 through 30 June 2031;

c) Extend the date that questions must be submitted in writing to 17 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST;

d) Update the price list;

e) Add the following site visit date: 16 June 2026 - Attachment 6 - Site Visit Information has been updated to include this additional date; and f) Update Attachment 7 the Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act to revision 29 dated 13 May 2026. 11 May 2026 - Added version 2 of questions and answers. 11 May 2026 - 1. Added Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the solicitation dates outlined in the Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters as follows:

a) The following additional site visit dates are available for coordination: 12 May 2026, 13 May 2026, 18 May 2026, 19 May 2026, 20 May 2026, 21 May 2026, 27 May 2026, 28 May 2026. Attachment 6 - Site Visit Information has been updated to include these available dates.

b) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 20 May 2026 at 10:00 A.M. CST.

c) To be considered the complete quote must be received no later than 29 May 2026 at 10:00 A.M. CST. 2. Added version 1 of questions and answers. Site Visit Offeror shall submit site visit information on Attachment 6 - Site Visit Information via email to the point of contact below to coordinate a site visit. An organized site visit will be coordinated for 6 May, 7 May, or 11 May between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Point of Contact:
