Amendment 0001 has been uploaded to include 'Attachment 1 - Revised SOW', 'Attachment 2 - Revised Drawings', 'Attachment 9 - Addendum 1', 'Attachment 10 - Spec ETL 04-2 Chg 2', Pre-Bid Site Visit Questions and Answers, and 81 SFS Access Process MFR for Contractors. The proposal submission due date is 23 July 2025 at 11:00am CDT.

Update 26 June 2025: Questions are due in writing by 9am on Monday, 30 June 2025. The Pre-Bid Site Visit Sign-In Sheet has been uploaded. Proposals are due 18 July 2025 at 2:00pm.

The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 25 June 2025 at 2:00pm CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
