Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 2025 Keesler AFB Air Show P-51 Performer & Rise Above It Exhibit

This Is a Notice Of Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract And Is Not a Request For Competitive Quotes. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to CAF Red Tail Squadron for Rise Above Exhibit and P-51 "War bird" Demonstration/Performer This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 1:00 PM CST, 16 September 2025. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to joshua.brown.138@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
