Intent to Sole Source Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Antenna Repair

This Is a Notice Of Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract And Is Not a Request For Competitive Quotes. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to International Towers LLC, for LMR Antenna Repair. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 10:00 AM CST, 21 May 2025. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to tina.taylor.11@us.af.mil and priscilla.brown.5@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
