Project Title:

NAS Pensacola FOC Project Project Location: Naval Air Station Pensacola The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Total Small Business (SB) set aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 10:00am CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Award of the Base CLIN and Option CLIN shall be made on an all, some, or none basis determined by the amount of available funding at the time of award. Period of Performance shall be based on which CLIN(s) are awarded. The Government reserves the right to Award CLIN 0002, Option #1 at any time before September 30th, 2024. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
