Amendment 0001 has been uploaded to include 'Attachment 11 - Questions and Answers", "Attachment 12 - Electrical As-Builts", and "Attachment 13 - Addendum 1". The proposal submission due date is 6 September 2024 at 2:00pm CDT.

Update 15 Aug 2024: Questions are due in writing by 9am on Monday, 19 August 2024. The pre-bid site visit sign-in sheet has been uploaded. Proposals are due 6 September 2024 at 2:00pm.

The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certified small business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday, 14 August, 2024 at 2:30pm CDT.

In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
