Amendment 0001 has been uploaded to include 'Attachment 12 - Addendum 1' and 'Questions & Answers'. The proposal submission due date has been extended to 30 May 2024 at 4:00pm CDT.

The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT.

In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits.

Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). *Award of the Base CLIN and Option CLIN shall be made on an all, some, or none basis determined by the amount of available funding at the time of award. Period of performance shall be based on which CLIN(S) are awarded. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
