The 338 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability and capacity of Pratt & Whitney to provide non-personal services for F-16 Aircraft Jet Engines to provide General Familiarization, Intermediate Maintenance, Borescope Inspeciton, Test Cell Oprations, and Maintenance Awareness Training for multiple international partners. Pratt & Whitney has been identified as the directed source to conduct the F100 MX Engine Training.

This RFI is issued and intended for market research and planning purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire andy products or services. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and to be provided at no cost to the Government.

The anticipated requirement is for the contractor to provide training courses needed to enable international partner trainees to be able to independently perform engine Organizational and Intermediate-level engine maintenance at their home stations. The contractor needs to have technical data, engine maintenance and training facilities, tools, support equipment and established syllabus and curriculum for multiple levels and areas of engine maintenance training. The contractor will be able to train international partner students to enable them to perform engine maintenance at their home stations.
