AETC Courseware Delivery IDIQ Sources Sought/RFI

The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph, Texas (TX), is seeking information concerning the availability of technically capable firms to provide Course Development and Delivery Services with Professional Support Services to successfully leverage current and emergent course development and delivery technologies to meet mission requirements.

Requirements include course storyboard creation, modification, and conversion; learning system program management and operation; career field professional advice and curriculum development; distance and on-site curriculum development; registrar functions; and course development, scheduling, distance and/or on-site delivery, and competency assessment; advanced analytics functions, database querying/manipulating and joining multiple databases, interactive dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi), advanced visualization, and advanced analysis (predictive analysis/ML techniques) Professional Support Services. All interested firms, regardless of their socio-economic program status or size, are invited to respond to this RFI/SS.
